Hello everyone! Sorry for the long hiatus, we are finally back with more food adventures!
We’re very honoured to be invited by Flock to visit their newly opened outlet at Ghim Moh!
I am sure you guys have heard of the amazing food at Flock. They have recently opened a new outlet over at Ghim Moh & that’s definitely good news for foodies who are staying over at the west side! A quaint cafe situated at heart of Ghim Moh. For instagrammers who love a ‘white’ shot of your food photos, this is the place to go to.
A huge variety of food choices with very affordable prices, the must-trys for us are the burgers and pasta dishes!
Sautéed Prawn & dried linguine, with spring onion and chilli padi.
This was my personal favourite. I love added a little Singapore touch in this dish. Who ever thought that you’ll find dried shrimp (Hei Bi) in their Prawn Aglio Olio? A very local touch to this western dish!
Pork Cheek Rigatoni with shaved parmesan & basil.
This is one very special dish I must say. I love how the pork cheeks are braised to perfection. The pork has been painstakingly braised for 3 hours till it’s juicy and tender ! It’s a must try! Very nice!
Chicken katsu burger with lettuce, slaw, tomatoes and spicy coriander yoghurt.
Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Loving the coriander yoghurt pairing.
You just have got to give it a try!
Homemade Nonya Prawn and Fish Patty Sandwich
Love to eat otah? This is the burger for you! The succulent home made fish patty sits between two crisp Foccacia buns. Marinated in what seems to tastes like lemongrass with small chili slices within, with a slight Peranakan touch but not too spicy! Thumbs up!
The very friendly staff!
The 3 bosses (they are siblings) and me! 😀
So glad to be able to take a photo with them!
I love how simple and classy Flock’s interior is and how simple and humble looking the cafe is.
It’s simply a place you should go to get your coffee fix after a day of work or school.
